I returned the tablet along with the case to them. When they send my new one to me all I received was the tablet, NO case. When I contacted them I was told I would have to buy a new case from them. They are nothing but a RIPOFF. Do NOT waste your money on any of their products.

I ordered one of their tablets from HSN last Nov., It worked fine for 5 months,then would suddenly not connect to the internet ANYWHERE. Sent it back (at my expense!), the new one they sent me has the exact same problem!! I called to ask for a refund and they said "We don't do that.... you need to send this one back(again, at MY expense) to and we will (again) replace it".....This is reeking of a circle jerk going nowhere. I live about one and a half hours from their office. I feel strongly enough that I need to get this done correctly and have it DONE WITH that I am going to drive there on my next day off and have them replace it in person AFTER they demonstrate that the replacement is functioning properly.....

I bought a 7 inch tablet from Walmart it came charge set it up and the tabket has not worked from the first night called support the told me to to plug it in differrent outletsdid that still not working I am returning it for full refund

If negative stars were an option, this company would have -10. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE garbage products. HORRIBLE everything- including their return policies and procedures. I wouldn't recommend this company to save my life. We purchased a tablet that came with a broken charger and the tablet itself did not work. We were using the tablet for business purposes. The return process, with shipping, took over a month and caused major interruptions in our business flow. When I received the replaced tablet, there was no charger AND the tablet came, free floating in a shipping box that smelled like crap. This one is probably damaged too... I would check but wait! THERE'S NO CHARGER!

The worst tablets ever!!!Replacements took forever,did not send back all the pieces sent to them as broken.I would give no stars,if possible,beware!!! Bought mine at HSN originally,buy if you like ditress!! Darlene Wiggins, from Rhode Island,Was never carried around,kept at side of invalid senior citizen.Buy at own risk of well being.

I had bought a tablet from a home shopping channel, when received it had sound issues , so had it replaced , then after only one month the replacement went blank , I called visual land customer service , was told I was caller 15 , was thinking great this is gonna be forever , so I waited about 17 min , then operated came on , asked all pertinent question, I gave model number and name , he was very pleasant , telling me how to reset it , even waiting patiently while I found a toothpick, it literally took a min for it to come back to life , and he stayed on the phone with me to make sure it held a charge , before hanging up he thanked ME , and suggested if any other issues arise to please call back and they will replace , I was worried after reading most of the bad reviews on this company's customer service ,I don't write reviews but I had to for this one , couldn't be happier ����

Had a tablet go bad, had to jump thru hoops to send them info and pictures, only to be told they wouldn't repair it..EVEN THOUGH IT IS UNDER WARRANTY>...what a rip off company...DO NOT buy their products

(32 minute wait time) First I sent in my tablet for repair since it no longer charged. Took about 3 weeks. I use it for about two days. A line appears on the screen. I called for the second time (39 minute wait time), they now told me that it was UPS fault and i had to go file a complaint with UPS they would not repair my device even though it is under warranty.

Believe me when I say this company puts out a very, very poor quality tablet. I got the 9D and what a disappointment..Too many little issues for me to write about..Save ur money and buy quality. Remember the old adage, you get what u pay for and it cud not fit any better regarding their product. Go on HSN.com and look up this tsblet and read the reviews..the greater majority are absolutely horrible..everybody cant be wrong..fix ur products Visual Land cuz ur going to go under with this type of quality..

Worst product ever.

I received a tablet from their company as a gift two months ago and have had nothing but issues with it from day one. I contacted customer support TWICE and both times I was told to do a factory reset despite having noted that it didn't help the first time. I sent it in to be repaired a month ago and I have not recieved word that it made it or if it has been looked at, I'm completely in the dark. Doesn't even deserve one star.

this is my first product purchase with this company, I had a minor issues, called for help and they gave me a RMA so they can replace it, it is now over 15 days no response, i called them three times and on hold and waitting for over 50 minutes, then when next in line hold for another 15 minutes and nothing, this is poor service, I have sent two emails of witch i sent one today and will see what happens now.. I should have lived with the minor issue....

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This is my second replacement and i've had the tablet for 6 months. The customer service is horrible! I've tried all week to contact someone at the 562.860.2669 number but it doesn't work. I finally found the 562.860.2600 and i'm on hold. I sent an email Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to get help from their support desk; i've only received one response which wasn't helpful. NEVER AGAIN!!

I am actually very pleased with this company. I called in to get a replacement charger since my had quit working after one day. I wasn't on hold very long. The guy I talked to was very helpful. He was able to get a new one sent out right away. Their customer service is very nice.

If you have the unfortunate opportunity in your life to deal with this company prepare to be put on the worst ride of your life. They lie to you on RMA statuses; they will never give you a straight answer; they make you wait weeks for a simple product repair; the customer service number is not even on their website so you must e-mail them; If you do email them you will wait about 3 days before they respond, that is IF they ever do like Alyssa never responded back to mine.

Now to their quality of products or should I say a lack there of. I sent my Prestige 10, a RMA, and didn't receive it until a month after. The same day I did receive the 1st problem was fixed (it wont turn on anymore), but a new problem occurred the speakers made static sounds when ever audio was played. This is caused by the lack of shielding around the speaker system that they forgot to put back in when they fixed it.

I Read the reviews that the support from this company Sux. I was apprehensive but I sent my broken Prestige 7 in back. Within a couple of weeks a fully functional replacement arrived. It is true that the support number does not seem to work. But the main number works fine and emails are returned promptly. Overall I would give the company high marks for support. If there have been problems with support in the past it would appear that they are making an effort to work through them.

DONT BUY EVER. BEWARE...I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE JANUARY 5, 2013 ALL NUMBERS V-MAIL IS FULL NO EMAILS HAVE BEEN RETURNED. I HAVE SENT 26 EMAILS NO RESPONSE. HORRIBLE PRODUCT JUNK JUNK JUNK DONT WASTE MONEY. TURNED THEM INTO BBB TURNED THEM IN THEY HAVE SO MANY COMPLAINTS.

Very bad experience, I have sent my tablet since its display did not work they fakely told me that they have delivered the new tablet by giving a 9405510200830841725277 USPS tracking no. but that is just an electronic no. which they have generated and they have not shipped anything,



They do not even deserve a star rating.



Called more than 10 times they say today, tomorrow, and advice to have patience, it is pathetic, i think no one should buy visualland tablets, otherwise forget about reliability and support from them

It's been 19days since they received my MP3 player (sent it exactly how they specified) I have emailed Customer Service asking for a status have Not YET received an answer from them! I have called 3 numbers went to all three opt on each number and wouldn't you know it no answer and the mail boxes are all full. this is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how can a company stay alive like this I will never buy anything from visual land again and I will make sure no one else I know will buy either if I don't hear something soon about my tablet I am going to sue and so should everyone else as of now I spent 130 dollars on a tablet that didn't even hold a charge from the first day I got it and now I have no tablet no one to tell me where it is and no one to get a hold of and I'm out 130 dollars this sucks
