WOW, first time home buyers and first time ever needing an inspector. If anyone is looking about buying a home make sure that you call George because he is amazing. I was tempted to not get an inspector but he saved us tons of money when he found and spotted issues that I would have never thought to look for. I have no clue on what to look for but have a general idea of how houses are built but he will explain it to you and you actually understand what he is talking about. He will not try to talk over your head or try to make himself sound smarter than he needs to. I will recommend him to anyone because he is 100% the nicest and most thorough person that could have done the job. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you for all your help.
