We've had a few office Christmas parties at Jerry's Grill & Bar....Excellent food and service! Going again this year!

Worst service I have ever had. There were complications with our food. sever only came back to our table once and asked if we wanted desert. She never asked how my steak was cooked (ordered medium) it was rare. She was a smarty pants when we asked if they had any specials she said the hole menu and walked away. There was a hair in one of our salads which does happen but we never could tell her about it because she didnt check on us. Dinner rolls come with your dinner we recieved one roll and one hamburger bun. Another server finally got me a refill when she saw I was getting upset. I will not be going back.

Steak was grisly, told waitress & she called me a liar. Salad was good. Restaurant was clean. Other than the bad steak & unfriendly waitress it was okay. I don't know what happened to great customer service here. We will not be going back because of this.
