Being a woman, a lot of the time when I enter a car repair shop I am immediately treated like I am an idiot. I was introduced to this shop by a female friend of mine, and I could not be more satisfied! The gentlemen that work at City Tire are polite, patient and kind. They take the time to address every concern and problem each customer has. They have never treated me with the disrespect that I have received at so many other shops. I recommend everyone to this shop!

Have received excellent service and information from the staff. Al, John and Steve are very informative. They take the time to explain everyhing and will answer any questions and show you theactual problem on the car, where applicable. I have had my car serviced with City Tire for the last 6 years and reached 236,000 miles. My only regret is that I have moved to North Carolina, however,whenever, in New York I will have my car serviced by City Tire. Gus

All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Explain everything that needs to be done on auto repairs.Has a van shuttle.
