Horrible experience with this place and lack of communication between the staff led to my wife and I never going back here again. Dr. Evanston (Evanson?) was completely unprepared and couldn't even be bothered (nor could his assistant) to review my wife's record to see that she had anxiety issues and was already prescribed Valium by a different dentist at a previous visit. Said Valium was taken before her last procedure, only to be smugly told by this guy that "she isn't coherent" and that he "wouldn't be able to communicate with her" during a simple, non-anesthetized EXTRACTION. The way this Dr. and his assistant talked to and treated my wife is completely unnecessary and immediately soured us. It's a shame too, because the rest of the staff and Dr. Beatty are great, but the vile treatment that their Oral Surgeon displayed was enough to lose our entire family's business.

So, if you need an Oral Surgeon, you could probably find a more comprehensive one on 16th Street in the alley and they'll probably treat you better too.
