After three years of renting and substancial rent increases every year I finally decided I was going elswhere. When I notified the owner I was moving my motor home out of the storage unit he became very unreasonable to the point he threatened me with llegal action if I did. I felt his attitude and behavior bordered on exortion by demanding I pay for three months of rent in advance or he would take me to court,I would be very weary and cautious of any dealing with this business.

Hi,this is Jim wall, i have a boats in my former house in IL CHICAGO and i want the boat tow back to you in state in CO, cause i just relocated back to CO, so i want the boat for storage in your residence, and i want my boat model 1997 Sea Ray 25' Sun-dancer 21 ft to be stored at your place for 8 month, all because i want to leave the state for my vacation and so i want my boat to be stored,an i will like to know the type of credit card you accept for payment, so i will be waiting for your email soon.best regard.Jim Wall................
