Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®: The therapist stabilizes on bars overhead while performing deep compressive strokes with their feet gliding over the entire body. Your muscles will feel lengthened and relaxed after this amazing massage! Therapeutic Ashiatsu: This is the most complete full body massage, from long broad strokes using our feet to focused deep pressure using our hands and elbows. Tailored specific to the client, this massage combines traditional and advanced therapeutic massage techniques and Thai compressions and stretches with Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. Ashi-Thai: A new massage technique incorporating traditional Thai-Yoga stretches and compressions that have been adapted for use with the Ashi Bars. Thai Bodywork: Performed on a mat with the client wearing loose fitting clothing. It is a combination of yoga-like stretches and compressions with the hands and feet along energy lines. Hot Stone Massage: Relax with the penetrating warmth of heated stones. Reiki: Reiki is the universal life force energy; often referred to as chi. Reiki helps balance the body s chakra and energy pathways. The therapist applies Reiki by lightly placing their hands on specific areas of the body.
