Thorson Elementary School, administered by the Cedarburg School District, serves students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s curriculum includes art, math, music, science and social studies. Thorson Elementary School also provides special education services and administers the Title I program. Its parent-teacher organization participates in various fundraising and school support activities. The school maintains an instructional media center that houses a collection of books, magazines and CDs. It organizes various types of sports programs, including basketball, volleyball, soccer, wrestling and softball.
