CLOSED NOW - Opens at 3:00pm

Left dog for extended period of time (approximately a week). Came back to find him dirty (compared to experience from the other kennels we've left him at). I was also turned off by the man working the kennel - I was shooed out of the kennel area as I was trying to call his name (as he was not in the office area during the set pick up time, and there were no other customers there). That was weird. At all other kennels we've been to, we are allowed back in the runs and they actually show them to us before we leave our dogs there. Here, we were not shown the runs before, and were obviously not welcome in them. I'm sure the answer is "insurance liability", but I don't accept that. Also, all the dogs who were to be picked up had their items in front of the office in a pile and the owner had to pick through to find the items left with the animals. This was in poor taste and poor hygiene (in the case that a dog might have something, like fleas in their bedding. Now everybody might get to take them home.



Obviously, we do not plan to go back.
