Have been renting a large 2 bd 1 bath with dining room and really like it. New carpets and paint throughout. Office staff and maintanence staff are very nice. The grounds are parklike and well kept. The kitchen and bathroom has the original 1950's fixtures so depending if you like character or something new will determine if you like the place. Could use some sprucing up in the halls and entrances, "wallpaper very old and coming down in places", but overall a decent place to live.

Ive been living here for over 3 years and there has been many things that have happened sence i lived here. The second day i was in the apart. someone tryed to break in the back door, my kitchen sink was leacking for so long that water went to the apt. down stairs, i asked the mantanence to fix this problem TO MANY TIMES they fixed on thing but not the prob. curcits blown maultiple times, the list goes on. So what im trying to say i DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I rate this place Very Bad!! not just disaponting
