I recently bought "Brand new" Queen frame, box springs and mattress along with a large couch and recliner. Within a couple weeks, I was infested with bed bugs. 13 years and no problem. Then bought Bill's Bros furniture. I have also spoke to several people who had a bed bug problem and they all said they just bought Bill's Bros furniture before I could even mention the name. don't buy anything there. they have a major bed bug problem.

Comment to Customer Complaint

Commenting on the August 25, 2012 comment of Bills Brother's Furniture. Sorry for the bad experience that particular day. This doesn't mean that the business is a horrible business. It was an unfortunate happening. I'm sure the owner would not have let you stand without help unintentionally. I am a business owner too. Business's and employees are not perfect. Things will happen that are not always perfect or a happy moment. This is life. Business owners are there to talk things over and make a situation right with the customer. One bad experience small or large doesn't mean that a business is not a good business. Please keep this in mind. You open a business and I'll come in and find something wrong your doing or not doing and tell everyone how awful your store and people are. Sounds alittle childish doesn't it? Just don't go to the store again if you choose not to do so. You don't need to go around telling people to boycott the store and never go there again. We are just hard working people that choose to have a job and employee people. Nothing wrong with that!Cedar Rapids Business Owner

On Aug. 24 my son and I came to your store to purchase a bedroom set (complete) and a sofa. We were in the store for 15 minutes walking around looking at the furniture. NOT one person said anything to us. Yes, as this time 4 sales persons had customers, so we did not think bad of this. We continued to look, the other customers all left, at that time some of the sales persons looked at us, waiting by the sofas, then they walked away. After we walked up to someone and asked if any person wanted to help us, we were told I can help you. I told the story to her and refused to do business there. After she walked up to 3 others and told them what happened, and we were at the door walking out, I asked for the manager, told him what happened, he of course wanted to help us. I refused and told him that they Lost the purchase, Like I said previously, I WAS going to purchase a complete bedroom set and a sofa. I DID GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE THEM. i will tell others what has happened and hope that they DO NOT shop at Bill's Brothers. I did notice that the owner was in the office, but I was so mad I did not want to relate the story to him. I am not afraid to give my name or information, because I am NOT ashamed of my actions, YOUR SALESPERSONS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR ACTIONS.,
