Canceled on me last week day of saying his truck broke down and he would call me that night and reschedule my pump out and compliance testing. Never called. Gave him 5 days and called him left voicemail...no call back..called next day again leaving another voicemail and he knows I'm trying to get this done for a closing on my house I've sold. Extremely rude and obviously wouldn't recommend someone who you have to beg to take your money and who chooses to just not return phone calls.

Made an appt. and jim showed up and than left staying he needed a hose. never called us back that day. than jim called back the next day and said he pump broke and he could maybe see us later in the week. We said no thanks and had a different sewer Co. out that day .

Dealing with pop-up ads would not discourage me from hiring A-1 Septic Service ..as they are a reasonably priced service. We have the technology to prevent pop-up ads ..so why complain about a company just because you dont like their pop-up ads? They're just using techniques to target the whole market. But..c'mon don't diss them over such a trivial issue....they're a good honest hardworking company providing a sh**ty service...PUN INTENDED! :)

I would never hire this company. I've never hired them, and actually know nothing about their service. For all I know, and to be quite fair, they may be very very good. HOWEVER, I am trying to read a movie script site and their ad pops up and won't go away. It's on some DEX pop up add. Why in the H would they target someone reading a movie script site for sewer service, but in my mind, it's just Shi**y advertising. Paint your name on some trucks with your phone number and go drive around, or by some bathroom advertising . . . "bathroom not working at home? Give us a call".
