We offer elderly/senior/disabled home care. Our visiting nurses and home health aides: - assist with bath and hygiene - assist with feeding - light housekeeping  - light meal preparation - assist and prepare medication - assist with contacting the pharmacy to refill meds - provide emotional support for patient and their caregivers  - physical therapy at home - once a month home health doctor visit - referrals if needed - provide nutritional/diet support  

How often are the home health care visits? Once a week only for 45 minutes up to 1 hour maximum Payment accepted - Medicare only How do I know I qualify for your service? A nurse staff member will visit you (or your loved one) in your home to do an assessment and evaluation of your needs and verify your Medicare insurance info before being admitted. Can we request for additional service? It depends if your medicare insurance covers it .
