Went there to simply get brakes replaced. They were incredibly rude on the phone the next day after I pointed out problems once I got my car back. Refused to refund any money, correct the problem, or admit any wrongdoing. Will never go back.

Horrible customer service/business practices: Damage was done to my wheels while replacing the brake pads. They blatently refused to take any responsibility and even came to the point of name-calling on their part (also hung up the phone when I brought up the subject). I can't believe a business would treat their customers this way. I am not a former employee and I do not have an axe to grind in any way...just a terrible customer service experience. They will not even return my phone calls and when visiting them in person they refused to admit to anything. Buyer beware!

I have used this place quite a bit over the last few years with 3 teenage drivers in the house it seems that we are always needing something done and this place has never let us down This last summer when i asked about reccomending a welding shop they asked what we needed welded and were kind enough to re weld a broken porch glider they didnt charge anything when i was fully expecting to pay I trust these folks to do whats right and its hard to find a place like that

thank you for servicing our vehicles over the years most of our family and alot of my co workers swear by you guys. fixing cliffs car on christmas eve certainly wasn't expected I still don't understand why you didn't charge us something for it I have never been let down or disappointed with your services and i let everyone know about your place the people there have answers to all of my questions and have helped me get warranty work done at no cost
