Provided by YP.comI have called this company for two days, trying to make an appointment. No returned phone call which is one of my biggest pet peeves!! I would not recommend this company.
Thank for trying to get a hold of us for your computer needs. One of the things that separates us from our competition is that we won't answer our phone when we're with a customer because nothing is more important than our undivided attention to the person we're with. So, we rely very heavily on the use of voicemail. We get over 50 calls per day, and there's simply no way to call every person that's called - but we DO try to call every person that leaves a message. In this business, we understand that everyone is in a hurry to get their computer repaired, and we try as hard as we can to keep our same-day service guarantee, however, we just simply can't call every number that calls our phone during the course of a day, we can only return calls of those that leave us messages. Thank you for your input, and I hope that I've helped you to understand our position on return calls.

Fast, reliable, on time and very professional. Our company used to use another IT, then had a falling out because of their arrogance and incompetence. We finally met the owner of A+ Psychlone Computers and will never look back.
He took care of my own laptop that had viruses on it and other problems that another computer IT in town had made worse when I took it to them, and did it cheaper and quicker than our old "IT".
He's now personally taking care of our business and is always on time, always courteous, always explains exactly what is going on in layman's terms, and is very, very efficient.
If you've used any other computer repair on this side of the state, I challenge you to give A+ Psychlone Computers a try and compare to what you're used to. I believe that you'll find you're in for a big surprise compared to your old IT management.

I took my computer to A+ Psychlone Computers at 10am and they called me by the end of lunchtime telling me that all my computer issues were fixed.
And they didn't gouge me like the previous 2 places I took my computer in the recent past. They charged a decent rate for these specialty services, they were done in the same day which is almost unheard of around here, and they were honest and professional. You get what you pay for!

Will definitely tell everyone I know about them.
