The P.C. was condescending to me and my son. It was the worst experience I have ever encountered in a professional medical environment. My son is not a bad kid and I am not a bad mother. She tried to clean it up by saying her son is special needs and treats her like a dog.

I was seen at noon on a Friday. I was diagnosed with Type A flu. I was told the prescriptions would be called in. I stopped by my local pharmacy on the way home and was told they had received nothing on me. I called the dr's office and was told, rather rudely, that all prescriptions for the day were called in after the office closed at 5:00. The local pharmacy's hours are 9-6 M-F. I waited till right at closing time to check and was told once again that they had no scripts for me. My visit was a waste of time and money because my 48 hour window for lessening the flu is gone. I get to suffer the full affects of the flu, that I tried to avoid by going to the clinic. This isn't the first time I've had problems getting my prescriptions. One time, it took 2 days. Another time, they gave me someone else's prescription. NEVER AGAIN. If you need medical attention, DO NOT go here.

The only positive thing within the clinic is the front desk. She was very nice. The MA(whom is not registered), was rude, uncaring, and very unprofessional. The PA- she walked into my exam room and the first thing she said was I DO NOT like to give out drugs. I am a recovering addict for drugs and alcohol.
The PA wanted to do lab work, the un-registered MA came in drew my blood. Pending my results, my medication would be called into the pharm. 2 weeks later, I was still calling for lab results. The MA had a person from the lab call me, to tell me it take a while to get thyroid results back.
However, I am in the medical field myself and I know it does not take 2 weeks for a thyroid test to come back and a patient should not be without the medication while waiting for the results.
The Office Manager was EXTREMELY rude, not one to me, but to one of the providers I work with.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!!

Jamie is great! They just got new doctors. I am much happier with my visits now. The front girls are always nice.

I only give 5 stars for Dr Turner but he is no longer there but from the front office to the back the office staff rude and uncaring. Since Dr Turner gone not worth the effort new Nurse Practitioner is just as hateful as the staff.

I love love this doctor he has been great. The front staff is super nice also. I'd rather the staff be nice and chatty than rude and snippy. Dr turner seems to go above and beyond there which is wonderful. The female dr I'm not crazy about though. Very rude lady. But overall it's a nice place and sometimes gets behind like other offices.

Front staff unprofessional, nurse was really nice, and doctor was a fast talker but really nice. Overall, the back staff was nice but the front staff gives you an awful experience.

Overall, the front staff give you a negative experience since they are the first people you see or don't see how no one was at the front desk when I walked in and stood there for 5+ mins before someone came to the front desk.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! SEEMS LIKE THE DOCTOR IS LIKE GOING 100 MPH WHEN HE SPEAKS!!!! I HAD QUESTIONS FOR HIM AND COULDNT EVEN ASK HIM BEFORE THEY RAN OUT THE ROOM SAYING OKAY THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY!! THERE'S A FEMALE DOCTOR TOO THAT KNOWS NOTHING!! I WAS THERE FOR AN OVARY CYST AND HAD AN ULTRASOUND DONE AT SOME PLACE THEY REFERALED ME TO AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TO ASK THEM IF MY RESULTS WHERE IN A WEEK LATER BECAUSE THEY NEVER CALLED ME! I WAITED ALMOST 2 HRS AND SHE WAS SUCH IN A HURRY AND SAID OH THERE'S NOTHING WRONG W YOUR OVARYS EVERYTHING CAME BACK PERFECTLY FINE!! REALLY BECAUSE THE PEOPLE FROM THE ULTRASOUND SAW A BIG CYST!! ARE YOU F***NG KIDDING ME!! YOU IDIOTS!!! SERIOUSLY PEOPLE DONT COME HERE! WORST PART IS THAT THE TWO RECEPTIONIST THERE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL THEY LITERALLY CHAT W THE WHOLE WORLD INSTEAD OF DOING THERE JOB. OMG AND IT DOESN'T STOP THERE I ONLY WENT TWICE AND IT WAS ENOUGH TO KNOW IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THEY SHOULD SHUT YOU GUYS DOWN!! IM GOING TO CALL CORPORATE OR WHO EVER THE HELL IS IN CHARGE AND FILE COMPLAINT!!! WOW THEY WHERE ALMOST GOING TO LET ME WALK OUT OF THERE SAYING IM FINE AND WHEN REALLY I WASN'T SHE WAS JUST TOO IN A HURRY TO READ MY RESULTS!!
