I know alot about the collision business. These guys are the best, in fairness, customer service and quality. They worked late on a Friday night and came in again on Saturday to get my car back to me when promised. The Very Best!

Just Picked up my Lexus from Bob's after some sagnificant damage was done during a hit and run accident. Bob's did a great job putting my car back together you can not tell the repairs were ever done. I commend the family run shop for their hospitality and workmanship.

There are not enough words to express how i feel about the AWESOME job that i had done on my beautiful Lexus...The bodywork & paint job was so great that you cant even tell there was any damage!!!...I must say you all deserve a big Thank You...I am going to recomend Bobs Auto to ALL my friends & family!...You all are Awesome!

These people are full of promises to fight for you against the insurance companies and EXTREMELY EAGER and PUSHY about getting your car in their shop so they can assure all damages are found. Once there, they asked me to sign a paper "just saying it's ok for your car to be here", but in the fine print you are signing permission for the insurance co. to send all checks directly to them ! ! ! They then referrred me to a car rental business nearby that ended up trying to defraud me by making verbal promises contrary to what their written contract said. This is still a mess I'm trying to resolve. Bob's made a lot of statements that they backed away from once they had my car on their lot as a "HOSTAGE" !! We ended up having the car totalled and then suddenly, Bob's wants storage fees they told me they wouldn't charge in order to get my car towed and on their lot.

Thank you for your help in repairing my Porsche. I appreciate the prompt service and friendly atmosphere.
