They put in a replacement A.C. unit and Furnace. Had to call them back numerous times. Their worker went outside on our porch, out of our ear range to talk to the boss. He was told to go back in and find something wrong. We were appalled. Do they really want to talk about integrity? We have never called them back for anything that needed fixing. I would never recommend them for anything. What prompted this review was the fact that they sent a memo to all previous customers about an employee offering outside services. I had to speak out.

Fixed my heating system, however their pricing is a huge rip off. If you are thinking of hiring them, please do your homework in calling other service providers. They charge double the price for replacement parts.

Terrible service. The tech broke my gas appliance hose while pulling my dryer out. The company would not take responsibility for breaking it and gave me an absurd quote to fix it. They are extremely overpriced and don't provide quality work.

Go somewhere else!!!!

It has been about two weeks since I had a Flores tech out to look at my central air unit. His suggestion, clean the coils in the condenser and evaporator, even though I had also mentioned a backwards running condenser fan he said was fine. A week after his visit and parts bought for less than what him pulling in my driveway cost, my a/c is running fine. All thanks to the internet and some mechanical ability. The fan was running backwards because of a bad capacitor, clearly obvious even to a novice had he only took the cover off he would have seen the bulging himself and replaced it. Due to this experience, I will NOT be using them ever again and I will tell anyone that asks if I know a place to not use them either. Poor service will not get my repeat business!!!
