I think this is a great car wash. The unlimited package is a great deal. The only problem I have is it seems they close a lot when it rains. LOL!

These guys are the lousy vary poor work I will not refer them to any body I know what a rip off the werste car wash in douglas county all they do is tell you we cant help you when you have a problem save your money listen to these reviews they don't lie

My kids and I just discovered Motospa. I am really happy we did. The guys were really nice, they cleaned my filthy car, and my kids loved the popcorn in the lobby. My youngest was mad when we had to leave. How funny. This is a really nice place.

It does not matter how good the service has been in the past, do not take your vehicle to these scumbags. I went to pick my car up after service and the guy came out and said "Was your rear view mirror broken", I said "No", the guy then said "Well it is now." He then set the broken rear mirror down on the counter. They broke the mirror off completely and they actually took of a piece of the windshield with it. They then had the audacity to try and get me to book an appointment to pay them to replace the windshield and the mirror. They claim that they are not responsible for anything they break. These guys are scumbags. Again, it does not matter how good the service has been in the past for you, once they break your car, there is nothing you can do about it. Do not go here. Again, scumbags. What kind of business breaks your rear view mirror and your windshield and doesn't feel responsible in the least bit? A scumbag business.

Thought they did a great job. Nice guys too. It is so nice not to have to do it myself.

This was the greatest place to get my car lubed and washed. The people were very friendly. Thanks for coming to Castle Rock

They do exceptional work

The window repair person that tries to solicit for business is too forceful. Everytime I go through the wash he is very anoying and pushyThis will be my last visit

Terrible! I will never go back. Had my vehicle re-cleaned twice and still had no satisfaction. Management was very unprofessional.

iMy car was damaged at MotoSpa while a tech backed it out of the stall which about ripped my door off. MotoSpa took my car to Maaco (without my knowledge) to get it fixed and Maaco damaged it further and covered it up. MotoSpa delivered my car to me damaged. I have two estimates 1. from my insurance company and 2. an independent body shop that states the damages to be between 1700.00 and 2500.00 depending on if the door can be fixed. It has been 5 months now and MotoSpa will not fix my car to its pre-collision condition. I am having to take them to court. My door will not close properly, the paint has runs in it, there is a line going across the top of the car where it had been painted, there a bondo patch job and the inside door is not painted but half done with primer and paint. Not to mention that I am in the military (active duty) who was visiting my parents (elderly) from overseas. I though it would be a good idea to get my car detailed during the visit....Guess not!!!!Do I need to continue? This in not an exaggeration but the cold facts people.Stay clear because your car is not their primary concern.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
