My dog recently had surgery. He had a problem and had to return for care. When we showed for our appointment. They had know idea we had been see there for his surgery. The doctors did a good job but there is poor communication between staff. They offered a free service during his surgery that was not done and then when he returned it was not done again. They are just very concerned about getting there money. Unfortunately, you can't deal with the doctors directly and their staff is lacking. We will be finding a new vet.

We are new to the CR vetenerians and heard of Cherished campanions via a neighbor. Our puppy was needed staples removed, and they did it for free! We had never been there before. Thank you!!

Our family not only brings our pets to Cherished Campanions, but now we bring our Guide Dog for the Blind pup we are raising for the next year. We get excellent physical care as well as encouragement and advice in this new endeavor. Would highly recommend this clinic for all your animal care here in Castle Rock. We would never go anywhere else.

This was my vet until my last couple of experiences made me rethink. Always late with there appointments and I have to agree that the compassion level is minimal and the front desk staff are pretty arrogant ... I can't say I was upset with their service but have just booked my dog in elsewhere. If it was my doctor I wouldn't go back so why should she have to???

I can't believe the negative remarks listed here. I have 3 dogs and a cat treated here and we have always been treated well and I have always felt like my animals were well cared for.

Highly egotistical doctors and managers. Uneducated staff. Just a bunch of posers.

C C were not capable of taking care of my dog. They did not document things correctly. My dog's life was nothing but a couple of pages of paper to them. No care or sympathy. The staff & doctors were horrible to say the least.

We have been taking our animals to Melanie for the past 10 yrs. Although Melanie is a good vet and their fees are somewhat reasonable, much of her staff and techs are rude, snooty and un-compassionate. The staff has a "better than thou" attitude, and that is definitely NOT what you want, especially if your "family member" is ill or hurt! Even though we are a long time, loyal, customer they were unwilling to work with us financially in an emergency situation! They WONT accept any payment plans, and basically said that if you can not afford to pay in one payment then put your pet "down"!In these difficult economic times, there are many other Vet's in town that would be more than happy to work with you. They would rather keep their rude and snooty help, then keep their customers satisfied! Shame on you and your awful Customer Service!! You use to be one of the best in town, but now that you have gotten bigger, you have become a Disappointment!

We've been loyal to this office for over 12 years. When I needed immidiate attention to my dog on several occasions, I did not receive any help, understanding, or compassione for that matter. Even though it is the closest to me vet, I had to switch. For my dogs sake.

no waiting - private, large rooms. good docs.

no wait. offer excellent advice for the care of your pets.
