By far the worst place to ever go for savvy buyers. First and foremost, I am a savvy buyer and extremely concerned about what I am purchasing (AS ANYONE SHOULD BE!). I went to this dealership first to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in. After taking the car for a drive and having what I felt was a thorough look under the hood and under the vehicle I felt it was not worth the price they were asking and if I were to pay for the vehicle I probably would have only paid 3500 for a 8000 car. Let not forget that the vehicle wouldn't start when I went to test drive it. I than decided to look at a similar vehicle to see if it had less issues. Same thing applied to this vehicle. You could clearly see frame damage and clearly see that the car was freshly painted. My concern with this vehicle was that they were trying to sell you a lovely fresh of paint coat to cover the mechanical issues underlying. It was than that I decided to pass. I subscribed to their inventory update and saw yet another vehicle that I was interested in. I than decided to check it out. Under first impression my husband and I walked in to be greeted by someone whos said he didn't work there and that the employees were at a different lot that operated. (Although, that gentle man was polite.) We took an outside look of the vehicle and yet again saw rust and frame damage but, overall in better condition than the other 2 vehicles I was previously interested in. The sales man showed up a couple minutes later with a grim face looking upset that my husband and I were back on the lot to check out this vehicle. We asked to see and test drive the car and we were blatantly told "He didn't have time for us to point out the things that were wrong with the vehicle" and that we were not going to be allowed to test drive it.



Lets get one thing straight! I understand the fact that you don't want to have your time wasted but, it is part of your job to cater to the consumer. By denying me the right to thoroughly inspect this vehicle proves the lack of quality your vehicle has. And if not that than more than definitely the lack of quality service you possess as a salesman. By the way, LEARN TO STAY OFF YOUR PHONE AND MAKE EYE CONTACT! Its completely rude! And another word of advise is that ONLY STUPID PEOPLE GO INTO MAKING PURCHASES WITHOUT THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATING IT. If you expect someone to do so it leads me to believe that you are yet another BHPH in business to set consumers up for failure with the ability to committing to a car note on the pretense that your selling damaged goods!



Key points to this dealership, HIGHLY OVERPRICED, LACK OF QUALITY IN INVENTORY & EXTREME LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. The most undermining, and degrading experience I have ever had in my life. Call me naïve but, I cannot believe there are people like this out there.
