We have been tenants with Park Ave. for 2+ yrs. We have NEVER had any issues with this co. being available when we stop in their office. The couple of times we have had repair issues they are quick to get a maint.man,plumber or A/C serviceman come out ASAP. They strive to keep our inconvenience as short as possible. Excellent inventory & easy to work with.

Absolute ripoff. The owners and staff have no regular hours. It was common to go to the office only to see it closed at 2 o'clock in the middle of the week. Everytime there was an issue with the home they sent the same handyman for everything, roof leak, broken a\c or plumbing. It didnt matter. He cut corners on everything. It was ridiculous. After I moved out they tried to charge me $400 for a smoke detector installation. Very unproffesional, please do rent from This company, it was a huge hassle and waste of money!!!!
