Beware!! Before you trust Pinal Co. FCU with your money, think again. Their notorious for double/triple pre-authorizations (which holds funds that shouldn't be held), inaccurate updated balance inquiry amounts and putting debits through before return credit to ensure they can stack up as many overdrafts fee as possible. Within one day, I was charged $190.00 in overdrafts fee. My balance following the overdraft fees was a negative (-) $69.00. If you do the math, the overdraft fees and duplicate holds (pre-authorizations) are what put me into overdraft. This credit union will take your last penny in overdraft and service fees.

I LOVE this credit union! I've always received speedy service, the employees are knowledgable, friendly and willing to go the extra step to answer my questions. Big banks beware ~ this is how it should be done!!!

Horrible customer service was going out of town n went to Florence branch to request emergency checks was told machine broken n referred to Coolidge only to be told by spvr that they were too busy n couldn't leave tellers w/o supervision n said I could just place check order so I did only to find out checks issued under wrong acct# n then they offered no solution other than they would try find out who placed order. Like that would solve problem. Never an apology

I only opened an account with PCFCU because it was required for an auto loan. I now have an auto loan, line of credit and credit card as well as a checking and savings account with PCFCU. I have had several rude confrontations with a particular collector who works there over the past year.



The first time "Kaufee" called me demanding I come down to the branch because my little 30 dollar line of credit had not been paid on time. I assured her it had and took proof of the cashed check with me. When I get there she sends me into this dark office with nothing but an empty desk and 2 chairs. Comes back a half hour later saying they accidently sent the payment to my credit card instead of my line of credit. Basically she shook me down and it was her fault entirely! I let it go.



Around last Christmas I fell on some hard times and got a couple months behind on my credit card. I always pay all my bills on time impeccably until this point. I again spoke with kaufee and did everything I was told, paid the exact amounts as agreed within the agreed deadline and have been paying every month on time since then.



Last Friday I called card services because $107 was due on my credit card on the 17th and I didn't have the money until today. Card services spoke to me in length for 11 minutes assuring me I was good to go till the first week of August due to my grace period and that paying it today would be fine.



Monday I noticed $107 taken out of my checking account saying "VISA COLLECTIONS" in the info. So I called the branch to find out what was going on. Kaufee comes on the line, with attitude and raises her voice to me saying "AS COLLECTIONS I CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO WITH IT AS I SEE FIT! I CAN DO THAT!" I gave it right back to her and we went a few rounds. She was extremely rude and dared telling me to stop yelling at her! After she got don't telling me she's going to manage my money for me? Yeah, I'm not having that. She reversed the charge but threatened me that she'd not only take the past due but the new bill as as their personal nazi on call!
