Initial service was today 9/15/2017, and I must say technician KenC provided exactly the level of service I expected. We are the original home owner, 11-years we've always contracted for pest control as a preventative measure, and it has been working, no issues inside. Best Choice makes our fourth company in all these years. Previous three companies lost our business due to their level of service diminished. So I'm trying Best Choice and so far have not been disappointed. KenC was polite, patient, covered all details before starting, answered all questions, and let me know when he was finished. Zach was the exact same way when I phoned them to inquire about becoming a new customer. Let's face it, I can get chemical spraying done by anybody, so the difference is in the level of service the company provides. Way to go team!
