The staff here is very knowledgeable about trains. They have a good selection of "O Scale" trains and accessories. We bought a Lionel "Scout" set for our two boys. The first engine we bought had some sort of motor defect and I returned it the next day. They swapped out the whole set up, no questions asked, no restocking fee. I later added a figure 8 loop and extra tanker car. I was going to buy a more expensive set and the guy there actually recommended the lower cost one based on our needs. Our kids are thrilled with this train set! I think for an item like this it is better to buy from a knowledgeable local store that has expert advice than via the internet. We will go back in the future, I'm sure. Also, if you are looking for some hard to find Thomas Train accessories, this place has a very good selection.

This store will not replace merchandise that is defective. Even if it is withing a few days. They did not stand behind the product they sold me. If you are looking for a train set go elsewhere. They will even charge a re-stocking fee to return a defective product days after purchase. Go elsewhere!
