1. Our client is satisfied with our representation and our communications in this matter. All of our client's inquiries were promptly attended to.

2. The reviewer real estate agent failed to provide a copy of the executed Offer for 36 days after it was signed. SLF filed the Motion to Sell with the bankruptcy court on the same day it was received.

3. The service/consent issue was not straight forward and was resolved within 4 business days of receipt of notice of the issue.

4. SLF takes very seriously its communications with its clients and its client's professionals such as real estate agents, attorneys, CPAs, etc.

5. After this review was posted, the anticipated transaction did close as anticipated.

A real estate client used him for bankruptcy. Made a mistake not sending notices by certified mail and delayed process of client being able to sell her home. Maybe if it is an uncomplicated case they might be able to handle. When all you do is one thing you should be able to know the process and rules. They do not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner.

Meeting with Travis and his staff was a very positive experience. I was especially surprised at their unique way of EMPATHIZING with someone who was faced with Bankruptcy by giving me a copy of 'Famous People Who Went Bankrupt'...It gave me a 'you're not alone' feeling that even the most successful people in History hit a financial roadblock and had to face the pain of bankruptcy. Their process was very 'turn-key' and their team approach of Travis working with my former spouse and I on the front-end and his brother, Phillip Sasser, appearing the day of the hearing was very professional and organized. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Law Practice for Bankruptcy-related legal matters.
