I originally visited this business because of their "March Madness" sale of $19.99/month for tanning. It was a very clean establishment. At first I was very confused why they never had any customers when I visited. 2 weeks into the month I quickly realized why they were always slow. While they have a beautiful, clean salon I think the owner needs to be taught how to treat people with respect and to value her customers. I was overcharged on four separate occasions, to add insult to injury, when I spoke about it for the second time she told me that the price (while not correct) was still a fair one. While I am not one to usually take things to heart I was taken aback by the fact that when I spoke to the manager on duty she cited my original complaint by saying "Oh the manager did say that some mexican girl had come in with a complaint" referring to me. If I were mexican that would not offend me , however, I am not. In all the businesses that I have visited I have never been treated with such disrespect and a lack of understanding for such a blatant error on behalf of the business. I think this goes without saying, but I will never again give this business my patronage.
