Our staff travels and cruises to as many places as we can, to gain first hand experience for our clients. We are cruise specialists as well as honeymoon specialists. We also help many individuals and families plan vacation througout the world.
We have found the Internet to be a great tool for us to help direct our clients to specific web sites as a point of reference. We also find that the Internet can be overwhelming, as it keeps on going and going...sometimes leading you away from your initial search.
When you are going to spend some of your hard earned money for a vacation, it is nice to know that you can talk to a real person who has first hand experience about the place you want to go. Pictures do not lie, but they can sometimes be mis-leading.
We want our clients to return from their vacation with a great memory of their experience. It is to this end that we strive to achieve for our clients.

Joan and I want to thank you for arranging the wonderful trip to Alaska. This was truly one of our favorite trips, and we are so appreciative for the excellent planning and advice you gave us.
Your suggestion for an extra day in Anchorage was exactly the right thing to do. We enjoyed the time there, as well as feeling rested when we joined the tour on Monday. Our stays in beautiful Talkeetna and Denali were great, and the train rides to both places most enjoyable, with wonderful meals. The highlight of that part of the tour had to be the day spent in Denali National Park. The scenery was spectacular and the many sightings of wildlife was almost unbelievable. We could not get over our luck to have seen fourteen grizzly bears, as well as many caribou, moose, red foxes, etc. It was the experience of a lifetime. The day in Fairbanks was a little rainy, but did not interfere with our plans at all. In fact, that was the only rain we saw the entire two weeks. I cannot begin to praise enough the professionalism of the guides. They attended to all our needs, were most informative, and fun throughout.
The second week on the Radiance of the Seas was perfect. Wonderful accommodations, good food, and more breath-taking scenery. We are so glad you suggested the float plane ride over the glaciers. That was not only beautiful, but at the lodge where we ate delicious salmon, we had the fun of watching the black bear that wandered into the back yard.
It was a fantastic trip, and again, Michael, we are grateful to you for your usual expertise in planning it for us. We look forward to the next vacation you arrange for us.

Provided by YP.comWe have been very happy repeat customers of Magic Happens Travel since going on our first cruise in 2003, which was the Alaska Brew Cruise. We wanted to get married during the cruise and Michael recommended a wedding planner in Juneau, Alaska. The wedding was held in the beautiful Glacier Gardens Rainforest and it was just perfect. After, we joined the rest of the brew cruisers at the Alaskan Brewery for lots of great beer. We were on two other Alaskan Brew Cruises that Magic Happens arranged in 2007 and 2008. It is really fun traveling with other beer lovers and the special beer-themed excursions are top notch.
Both Michael and Marcie are extremely knowledgeable and excellent to work with. We have been on 20-25 cruises since the 2003 Brew Cruise and would not even consider using another travel agency.
