Jason Stuef--the Estimator in the Collision Department,
he Always provide Great
Customer Service.

And, Jason is Excellent at following up with customers about the status of the car.

Toni, the Receptionist is also great.
She provides Awesome
Customer Service.
She has a great attitude and does a wonderful job of being friendly and working with the public.

Also, I want to say the Technicians in the back that does the Body Work and Repairs,
Let them know they ALWAYS do an AWESOME JOB
AND Great Work on my Car.

I needed some cosmetic repair for an older Highlander, and Toni at the front desk and Randell the lead technician treated me royally. In the midst of the Covid-caused staffing shortage, they got all the work done, keeping me informed all the way, and actually made the car look brand new. Beautiful work! I highly recommend these people.

From what I have experienced, Hendrick Collision Center is dedicated to great customer service, quality repairs, and effective all around experience.

A minor paint job took them 4 days to complete, never return phone call, no customer service at all. Avoid.

Cannot recommend this business. Too long for repairs, poor customer service, no one answers their phone, orders wrong parts (twice) and worst - Made promises to my insurance company that they would make good on our poor experience (they admitted 100% fault) and have yet to do that. I am working with my insurance company to remove them as a preferred location. Had to threaten to get my car back. Took 33 days for a minor repair. Clueless and truly didn't care. Still waiting on their survey to arrive in mail....

These folks seem very confused. My vehicle has been at their facility for 6 days and they have yet to provide a repair estimate....isn't that what they do? Estimates for vehicle repair and repair? I've called every day and they are shuffling the file from person to person, poor communication.

Tony was very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend and would also choose them again!
