This landscaper did a TERRIBLE job with sodding our yard. The grass was bumpy, not flat at all, and brown in many places. Very little preparation of the yard was done prior to the sod being installed. Luckily, we only paid a portion of the fee up front. When we told the owner, who was the sole person who laid the sod, to come back and fix the problems, he declined and decided to forfeit the remainder of the money we owed him, This is obviously Not a smart way to run a business.
