feel so comfortable bringing my Morkie here. They treat her like the princess that she is. Missy always has a nice thing to say about my dog. I feel safe leaving her there, I have never been disappointed.

I have never written a negative review before but I believe that it is important to share my experience as it is important to me that the owners are aware of their behavior and I do not wish that your pets will have to go through the same experience as mine. It was appalling to witness the groomer's negative attitude towards a customer and hear about her aggressiveness towards my pet. Not only did the groomer restrain my pet but I suspect there was mistreatment towards him as he is well potty trained but the groomer shared that he had made an accident on her, twice. My pet has been to many groomers in the past and we have never received this report before. My pet was shaken up when we went to pick him up and it was very difficult to see how much fear she has instilled in him. I am both shocked and disappointed to see my dog being treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of the groomer's actions.

I've taken my Golden three times so far and have been extremely pleased with the professional services received. Friendly, caring and knowledable staff. Excellent services and very reasonably priced. Would highy recommend this groomer.

Missy is the best groomer in town!!! She is gentle, kind, and wonderful with our dog, Beasley. We followed her from Petsmart and would travel a LONG way for her care.

I've taken my dog here twice since they've opened and she looked great both times and was very happy. They have a great staff and can tell that they truly love dogs. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
