I have to agree w last review. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Their first question when you walk in is always 'Do you have an appointment?' The reason I go to a nail salon instead of a spa or full service salon is b/c I can come in when it's convenient for me. The lady who did my nails would always stop working whenever she spoke w someone else. Same w answering phones. Nail Story on 3 Oaks is very good.

Ive been here several times and they are always so cranky. When there doing your nails they tend to be rly rough with ur nails theres been a few times where they cut the sides of my fingers when they were using there drills . The one lady there always pinches the sides of my fingers and it hurts like hell. And they always answer there phones during the service, very unproffesional. And everytime ive been there they always seem to be angry wouldnt recomend this place
