This is a great company. Not only are the prices very reasonable but they are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Jason fixed switches and outlets that I honestly didnt even know were bad. He showed me why they were bad before doing it. He also worked with me more than he had to to fit things into my budget and took the time to explain everything to me.

I am having a drainage system and waterproof walls put in my basement in June. He brought up issues with my outlets and breaker box and fixed them that I would've never thought about in prep for that project. He actually called the contractor and spoke with him about the upcoming project. He took my breaker box off that wall and put treated boards behind it so the basement sealing company could easily remove it and put the new wall behind it. He didnt have to do this stuff.

In addition he took the time to speak with my 21-year-old son who is in Automotive electrical classes at SIU to explain the differences between auto and housing wiring.

Jason will be redoing the old wiring in my bathroom as well as installing new fixtures in July, and I will be asking them to do all of my future electrical jobs.

I urgently needed a professional electrical company to access and repair my property where I am offsite and unable to personally inspect the job.
Electrical Service Detectives was able to meet all my electrical needs and kept my interest as their objective. They not only performed the needed job as requested but went above their duty by giving me insightful feedback of how my property was being treated and the character of my tenants. This was valuable information for me.
I truly appreciate their flexibility and they kept me in the loop by communicating to me of the status of the work. Also, as requested they provided me with before and after photos of the work site. Also, about 6 months after the completion of their work they inquired after their job performance. This shows how they value and stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again when I need another work completed. Many thanks to Andy, Shayna, Jason, Chad and the rest of the team.

I couldnt of hired another better company for the job. There informative, VERY professional, punctual, and helpful in my situation. They took care of our scheduling for CIPS to disconnect while they did the work. There are a FIVE STAR company w/out a doubt

Absolutely amazing service quick and effective. Any work that we have to do in the future that involves anything electric we will definitely be using them and no one else.
