The folks at Weaver continue to provide superior service. Scott came out for nearly two hours to inspect, diagnose, and fix our A/C and heating issues. He, and all the other techs who've been here, answer every question we've had, and have been infinitely patient in helping program and understand our new thermostat. First-rate in every respect!

My technician was on time, knowledgeable, and thorough. He communicated the problems he found in my language. I completely understood why my HVAC was not working properly and how he was going to fix it to work at 109% capacity.

My annual renewal was Wednesday and the time for service was 9 to 11 am. They arrived at 9 and quickly reviewed our Heating and Air. Very thorough review revealed need to replace a part under warranty. Thankful for the Service in a timely manner. Sincerely Linny

I've had weaver for 12yrs and they've installed my new system and maintenance on it. They spent 5 hours on my unit the other day, finally figured out the problem. They're employees go the distance to make to fix and correct any issues. Well worth having them.

Woke up to no heat and contacted Weaver. They had a technician to my house before 8am and promptly had it fixed! Technician was efficient, kind, and gave great advice! Will DEFINITELY use them again!

Weaver Heating & Air has excellent service. The installation process was good as well as the prices and follow-up.

Difficulty with service technician, however, owner of company helpful with trouble shooting and problem solving; willing to reach out to customer to ensure satisfaction.

I have never seen such terrible service from a company. My mother who is 82 years old called them to come and repair her furnace. They first told her they probably couldn't fix it but would check to see if they could get the part. They never called her back. She called them they said they had the part but had to wait to fix it. She called the next day and told them she would get someone else to fix it. They came right out but only fixed part of the problem and told her to go downstairs and "kick" it and it would come on. They now are coming back with the other part and going to charge her another $300 for "parts." They can be assured that no one in my family will use them again.

Weaver Heating and Air fixed our unit in July of 2014 and August of 2014. The total was $406 for both service calls. We gave them our info. Imagine our surprise when we contacted them in May if 2015 and were told we had an outstanding balance of $406. Now I can't get anyone to call me back. I would use ANYBODY else to fix my unit.
