I called Lake side Auto and told them I was looking for a driver's side headlight for a 1990 Honda Accord. The man who answered assured me that they had a few 1990 Honda Accords and told me that he would make me a deal on buying the headlight and blinker together for approximately forty dollars. When my husband and I got there the woman at the window told us that there were three of them and pointed in the general direction of where they were. We paid the six dollar entrance fee and spent the next hour and a half going up and down every isle of wrecked cars in the hot sun. We didn't find one 1990 Honda Accord. the closes we found was a 1991 and the parts didn't match at all. We returned to the office and I spoke to the man I had talked to on the phone and he just shrugged and said he guessed he had been wrong, No Refund on the entrance fee not to mention the gas we spent driving there from west Omaha on this wild goose chase. I can't help but believe they regularly lie about what they have there and make a tidy little bit of money with their non-refundable entrance fee. I will never do any kind of business with Lake Side Auto again.

My husband and I drove there from West Omaha and when we got there we asked the woman at the office window again of they had a 1990 Honda Accord. She said that they had three of them, pointing out the general area she thought they were located in, and we paid the $6 entrance fee and began our search. We walked up and down every row of wrecked cars in there twice stopping at the office several times to be reassured they had the 1990 Hondas and didn't find a single 1990 Honda Accord. After the second search we went back to the office where the man who I had spoken to on the phone just shrugged and said he must have been wrong and that there was no refund on the $6. entrance fee.
