Is 0 stars an option? The "VP of Sales" Bentley Fitch is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Foul mouth, condescending, and has limited experience with insurance. I came across this company after doing a BBB search of credible "small time" insurance companies. I called and Bentley answered the phone. I was explaining to Bentley what insurance I was needing, when another phone rang. He cuts me off with "hang on a second" and answers (what must have been his persona phone). He has a short conversation with whoever it was, but he did not even bother to put me on mute as I heard him say "I will deal with that f&*$ing B!tch later." Needless to say, I told him I was no longer interested and went with another company. Stay away from this company.
