These guys are great to work with. No high pressure sales and there knoledge of fireplaces is impressive. Will be using them again.

Fireplace cleaning went fantastic and i wasn't pressured into buying a ton of nonsense. Glad I gave them a call cause i was jaded on chimney companies after my last experiance.

A-1 was out to my house for a dryer vent cleaning last week. When they inspected the dryer vent they noticed it was disconnected in the wall. They gave me a price and said they could start that day. I told them go ahead with the work. They ran into a few minor snags (which didn't cost me any extra) but rectified the problem in a reasonable amount of time. The 2 guys that were at my house were very careful not to get debris anywhere and were very polite and helpful..

Appointment went great from start to finish. I called them because I was referred by a neighbor and was not disappointed. The office staff and the 2 gentlemen that came out were very professional and pleasant to work with.

Great people all went as expected with my fireplace cleaning will definitely be using them in the future.

Amazing Company!!! A-1 was out at my house 2 days ago and took care of some issues with my fireplace and dryer vent. The technician that came out to my house was very polite and informative. He answered all of my questions and showed me before and after pictures of the work that had been performed. I didn't feel pressured at all and compared to the other quotes I had gotten they were very competitive. I would recommend A-1 to anyone and will be using them in the future.

Had them out a month ago to do some repairs and had a great experience. The guys that came out to my home were very professional and didn't try and sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. I will definitely use them again.

Consumer be aware, deceptive pricing and a horrible customer service, refuses to itemize the bill for me. Update: they itemized bill for me but it's inflated to equal the original amount, still no product information. After much research and several phone calls they offered to take back the fire set. The set installed by them in less than an hour retails for around $300. They charged me $1700 and it was installed in less than can hour. They have their junk back now, it cost me $25 to stop payment and they left damage to my original fireplace. I hired a œreputable company for a set much, much better for a total cost of $700. I showed them the original set and receipt and they were shocked. Don’t let their politeness fool you because they will take you for a merry ride and clean out your checkbook. Buyer beware !!

They called a half hour before arriving to give me the heads up that they were on their way. They guaranteed a No Mess cleaning which was done.
