Underbid and under-calculated project in 2013.



Incorrectly built foundation wall that leaks to this day. Did not install sill plate or waterproofing. Incorrect/messy installation of sump-pump, no fittings or check valve. All had to be redone.



I treated he and his crew to Friday beer and pizza twice to try to get Harvey and crew to to build my foundation wall properly. Harvey took the cheap way because I was checking on him, (oh yeah, it's my house). Later he told the BBB (who was no help) that I was only complaining because he is a minority!! BS!! How infuriating that he played that card to get out of doing (or correcting) his poor work!!



Harvey sent me one text that read "that should have been a $12,000 job!" I responded, "Why then did you bid $5,500? Harvery's second text read "Im not fixing anything you are out of luck"
