There is much room for improvement, Sub par tools, management, and organization.

A lot of customers are getting irritated with them

As a former employee, I would strongly encourage everyone to stay clear of this business. They would constantly belittle there employee making them feel worthless. They are pirating Autodesk software. All of there computers are approx. 15 years outdated. They have had 8 employees quit on them within the past year. Someone should seriously sue these guys. They give a bad reputation to all staffing agencies, engineering firms, drafters and school students. Stay Away, you'll be thankful you did!!!!

These people are unbelievable. They cus at and belittle their employees. They only have one draftsman that has been there for 3 years. (he must have a low self esteem) They hire through temp agencies and the agencies are getting upset with them because everyone who goes in there to work quits within a day or two. These guys believe they are above everyone else and if you don't know something the call you QUOTE: "your a F*#@%^# stupid idiot." Not just one time but constantly. Someone needs to sue Jack and Al and teach them a good lesson.
