Doctor was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing.
Con:
Scheduling is a joke. Dr wanted Post Op 1-2 weeks after surgery but where so OVER BOOKED it took 3 weeks. No real explanation on what all to expect over the next few months until next apt. Called a week after Post Op with issues and got routed to Dr's/nurse voicemail. I called 2 weeks later to see if I could at least get a courtesy response before getting new ENT. Again no response. After new ENT apt, I physically went in and canceled apt to make sure they got the cancellation. Desk person said I should have called and asked for Office Mgr.
