I have stayed at this place multiple times with friends over the past 6-8 months and enjoyed it must of the time but I can tell u I will no longer be staying at this place after I learned that the new owners fired the best manager(s),Sam and Beth, they have ever had. They are the kindest, most helpful and understanding people they have ever had working there. Along side their great management skills they also has great housekeeping skills, but only when certain housekeepers were there, beth and I believe the others name was Angel or april. I had an issue with the older housekeeper who seemed to constantly be on her phone screaming and cursing and refused to listen to Sam and beth when they told her not to be bringing her grandson to work because they were getting multiple customer complaints when he would run up and down halls screaming at the top of his lungs. I don't know why the owners didn't fire her because she didn't listen, was disrespectful, and was really slacking at her job. The stars I am giving are not in regards to older housekeeper or the owners but to Sam, beth and younger housekeeper.
