When I told Kelly I had just done the hilly La Jolla half marathon the day prior, he knew exactly which areas to focus on to relieve muscle tightness. He has great technique and and really got the knots out.

Tara was very friendly but also let me know that if I didn t want to talk I didn t have to and could relax. She was welcoming and explained everything she was doing in detail and answered my questions.
