In the contract it stated that if I my application for the apartment was denied for any reason I would get my deposit back. After having to search for multiple co-signers and filling out extensive forms and having them notarized, my application was denied and they refused to refund my deposit. I strongly recommed getting an apartment elsewhere, the stress they put you through isn't worth it. I gave it one star only because this site wouldn't allow me to give 0 stars.
