This is a great guy! He rescued our cat, 30 feet up a tree, on a Sunday morning.

Our cat had not come in and we could not find her last night. After searching the property, at first light this morning, we found her up a 70 foot oak tree, on a limb 30 feet off the ground, after a night in the 20s, with a chill index in the low teens. She is not used to climbing and was scared to come down. Way too far up for any ladder. We'd need a cherry picker. Neighbors recommended Aaron's Tree Service, down the road. I'd seen his equipment drive by, but never met him.

We called him at 8am on a Sunday. He said he'd be right down. He brought his cherry picker, set up and climbed in. He gently coaxed our very shy cat off the limb and into his arms and brought her down. When I asked what we owed him, he said, "this is just what neighbors do for each other"!

So, if you need tree service, this is your guy. And no matter the size trees you have. That cherry picker of his? It can go up 65 feet if need be!

Arrived on time and did the work as schedule. Price was fair and Aaron's Tree Service always goes above and beyond! I have used these guys before and I would highly recommend to anyone in the southern Illinois area.

Arrived on time for estimate and price was competitive. I had a very large tree in a terrible location and their crew was able to get the tree down in a safe and timely manner.

I had trouble finding a company to handle this job but I am happy with my decision to hire Aaron's Tree Service and I would recommend their services to anyone looking in the Area.

The Worst Experience!

First, they miss the first appointment without calling me to let me know. I called them and rescheduled. They missed the second appointment without letting me know, so I found someone else to do the job. Before that other company could come out, these guys showed up unannounced, without knocking on my door, and started doing the job I asked them to do. The guy talked to me and told me his guys were all sick, and he didn't want to bother me by calling me. Are you serious??? The work they did was somewhat sloppy but okay. The day after, the guy calls me several times, leaves voicemails, and even texts me to make sure I pay him. Now, that bothered me.



Anyways, I do not recommend these guys to anyone. That was the most unprofessional experience I have dealt with, since I can remember. I'll rate them with one star because of their somewhat average job on my bushes.

I had a leaner, a few dead limbs, some general brush clearing and a few stumps that needed grinding. The price from Aaron's was fair and competitive with a second estimate. James' crew was very efficient. They did the work when and as expected. Overall, I have no complaints and can comfortably recommend their service.
