This has to be one step below going to hell. This is the worst post office in the world. Workers are rude disrespectful and outright LIE!! Just like some of you they claim they delivered a package to my door which they never delivered. This is not the first time this has happened to me. They need to do a clean sweep of the whole office and put people in there who want to work and have a job. I can't believe the unprofessionalism this office displays. And the nonchalant attitude of the postal carrier who didn't bring my package is just unbelievable. She needs to be removed from her position. If there was a spot with 0 Stars that's what they would get from me.

This is the worst post office ever.the people are so rude as if you're bothering them.customer service is terrible.packages always come up missing. They give you the run around and never call you back. I guess this is what I get for living in this part of pg county.I will never ship with them again.all of the complaints residents make and these people continue to steal and lie!

This is Juanita Brown I am writing this because my package was tracked to this post office . Now it is lost in the mail and gone to the mail recovery center in Atlanta Ga.That package was my sister Christmas gift.Now she want get it.The tracking number is 92789927008939101360000630 . I want to know where the mix up came in.It had my address on it 19130 Jerusalem

The worst place I've ever dealt with! They lost a priority mail package, which was insured, and failed to respond to numerous inquiries over several days! When I phoned, I got a recording that told me the waiting time to actually speak to a person was "over one hour". I was told to leave my number and they would call me back and that I would not "lose my place in line". I left my number and never heard from them.



I'm sure the package was stolen by one or more Capitol Heights facility once they saw that it was insured for several hundred dollars and they figured there was something of value in it. The package actually contained all of our Christmas presents, which are now lost/stolen.



I will never deal with USPS again! I don't care how much UPS or FedEx charges, I'll take my business to them.



I realize the USPS has been whining for years about budget cuts, but as far as I'm concerned their budget hasn't been cut enough. The Congress can start by closing this incompetent, corrupt, unresponsive facility and hiring a private company to take over.

I am so sick and tired of this ghetto post office I never receive my packages the mail carrier always scan as delivered but never see my packages until 2-4 days later and as of today still no packages I have called complained called and complained still nothing has been done and all they can say is it has been delivered if it was I would not be going through all this trouble to get my packages SUPERVISOR IS RUDE AND HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE mail carriers is irresponsible and lazy this is issue needs to be addressed and fast How can we stop this and they going to suggest a P.O box why would I pay for a box when the mail carriers job is to bring people their mail and packages Ghetto place Rude people that has workers throwing away mail and stealing packages

This post office is stealing our mail Neighbors, we really need to call the us post office inspector office to report all these theft issues. The https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactUs/phoneus.aspx the call and film a verbal compliant with the united sate postal services about that Post offices two in that area Capitol Heights and the other is District Heights / Forestville. Please call IF WE STAND TOGETHER in numbers we might get somewhere. I'm tried of my mail getting stolen and most of the time it my loss because the mail man pushes a button saying its been delivered then it my word against there's.

Still waiting for my daughter's cloth diaper package....Called to inquire and got a very rude reply. Our old carrier was amazing and now that they've changed routes again we only get our mail about half the time.

I am livid!!! It is hard to reach you!!! I am missing a very important package that your person reported delivered on the 14th- Valentine's Day. It's a lie!! I never GOT it!! Brown lace Ladies undies, and I suspect that someone gave them to his wife or girl, because I did not receive them from Ashro!!! They shipped out on the 9th. I am very upset. This has never happened to me before, and I have always gotten my packages previously!!! Why suddenly NOW - there is a problem!!

I found a package the other day lumped under my rug!! That is CRAZY. Who IS this NEW mail person???
