Their crew showed up on time to re-pipe our home. I was very impressed with them, the guy that had to cut out a section of tile around our tub, did so without breaking any of the tiles. While one of the guys was up in our attic my phone line and computer quit working, I told them about it, and they went back up to double check everything. They assured me that if it was something that they did to cause the phone line to break, their company would cover the cost of repair. Turns out it was just our modem that quit working, nothing that they did to cause it. Their drywallers also did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

I had an emergency callout for a shower cartridge issue and the plumber said the cartridge had to be replaced, WaterWorks plumber known as the initials JL on the invoice took it upon himself to also replace the trim and handle due to rust and the handle the "wrong one". Cost $408.90 yes FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHT DOLLARS 90c

I have found in excess of 20 retailers seller on eBay and the web selling the same genuine Moen product - part number 1222B Posi-Temp cartridge range from $19.99 on eBay & less on Amazon.

The trim kit which was not requested but was replaced $39.95 Again found on eBay- genuine and new parts for under $20.00

I do not mind paying extra for out of hours callout but to replace a $20.00 part a $408.90 I leave it to you to decide
