Southern Starz has been a part of the Cape Coral community since 2003. Owner and program director Sean O'Lone has been coaching gymnastics for over 20 years, during which time he has had many State, Regional, and National Champions. Sean has also had Gymnasts go on to compete in College with scholarships at Auburn, Brown, Oklahoma, Southeast Missouri and several others. Our Mission is to promote the sport of gymnastics in a safe and fun environment. We believe every child can benefit from participating in gymnastics, whether it be for fitness, recreational interest, team interest, or to acheive a college scholarship, we have a program that will best fit your individual goal. Our 11, 000 square foot facility offers two in-ground trampolines, tumbling trampoline, spring floor, rod floor, foam pit for advanced skill training, elite level balance beams, bars, and vaulting table. We also offer men's strap bar, rings, parallel bars, and rock climbing wall. Our pre-school gymnastic facility offers slides, tunnel, trampoline, foam pit, as well as size appropriate balance beams and bar.
