Yikes! One of the worst experiences I've had. Please avoid! Brought my van in since it died on the road. My wife and kids had come over to flee the storm. When heading home on Saturday van died at a stop light. Had it towed in over weekend. Coolant was empty! Figured must have a leak. Or maybe alternator. Who knows. When I called Monday they said it was a dead battery. I figured no way since van would not typically die while stopped at a light from battery. I argued, but Eddie assured me that is way it was said "could have shorted out". I said okay and paid for the battery and my wife picked up the van and tried to drive home. Within 15 minutes van broke down again. Guess what coolant empty again. That does not just happen. They did tow the van back in on Monday at 2:00 (no charge). By Tuesday, they had not even looked at it until afternoon. Finally after me calling several times, they looked at it and said it was a water pump. That made sense! Took them another day to fix it. When I called Wednesday am he told me couple more hours. This was after he told me on Tuesday they were working on it. Eddie acted like he could care less!

Very frustrating. Mistakes happen, but no way should a water pump diagnosis, when coolant empty be missed. And then to take an additional two days to fix. All while my wife stuck with kids out of town.
Only positive was the water pump price was fair. However after already paying for a battery I didn't need it wound up being a wash.
Maybe if you don't need to drive your vehicle bring it here. Let them have it for a week and expect to bring it back after you buy a battery for no reason.

You can depend on Jay to get your vehicle fixed and fixed right! And he gives you a discount if you pay cash! I just love him and his workers!!!!

I went to a place because of their commercial on the radio.......estimate 800.00. so I went to Poor Man's Auto....estimate 300.00 Great service, friendly, no commercial.......results car is fixed and I am very pleased!
