I have been with this agency for over 10 years and have always received great service and fair prices. Would highly recommend this organization!

The reviewer Prlbrnds was obviously paid to write that great 5-star review. I needed to change a policy and contacted them three times during one month. Never heard from them. I will be canceling this policy.

We recently started a business and Olin Hill and Associates was extremely helpful and responsive in getting us the coverage we needed to get going - and without breaking the bank! Their customer service was as good as I've experienced in business to date.

The worst customer service ever !!

I recently called OLIN HILL & ASSOCIATES for a quote for homeowners insurance. I called on Monday August 2 and again Friday August 6 still no quote. I was told I would have a call back this afternoon, in the meantime I close next week. OLIN HILL "For over 25 years, dedicated service has been the Olin Hill & Associates commitment to our customers. We provide each one of our customers with excellent rates on all types of insurance and also offer student discounted rates, senior discounts and high quality customer service." Now that is what you call good customer service.
