Contracted this service to do the lawn as at the time we did not live in the house, but came to town periodically. Found that the lawn service was not doing the service of mowing the lawn as we had previously discussed. Also this lawn service cuts lawns on the highest settings at all times, which is not approprite at times with the seasons, but as I feel a copout for a cheaper application by the lawn service to save them money. We fired the service upon learning that he had not done his job to the agreement we agreed upon.



THEN, the owner, wanted the last payment, and was supposed to pick up the payment but never did., We had left the monies where he wanted and after a week, he never showed up to collect, so we took the monies inside, and he never showed up nor called. Then after five months he complained to our inlaws (as he does their lawn ) and never called nor showed up to our door, nor sent any notice. This all shows the cowardice and the poor service from this company. With this action he confirmed his poorly performed services. Take the money and buy yourself the sales etiquette course that is needed to properly perform your work.
